For those
who have already visited a Disneyland park,
you won’t be disconcerted in Disneyland Paris. It’s the same than other ones,
but smaller than US. Find here some tips to prepare your visit:
How to get to Disneyland Paris?
Disneyland
Paris is around 20 km from east side Paris.
Easiest way
to get there is by suburb train. Name of the train is RERA. It crosses Paris from west to east.
You can get it at centre of Paris, for instance “Chatelet Station”. Disneyland
Paris is the terminus station of the line, well indicated on the train
platform, so you shouldn’t be wrong. The journey lasts 35 minutes from the
centre of Paris.
If you
prefer getting there by car, you must exit Paris
on the A4 motorway; follow "Metz / Nancy" direction. Disneyland is the exit 14. But A4 motorway is usually
jammed, train will be more efficient.

On what day or what hours you should go?
Definitely
avoid week-end days and Wednesdays… if possible! Avoid also children holidays.
Children
holidays for 2007/2008:
- From Oct
27th, 2007 to Nov 8th, 2007
- From Dec 22nd
to Jan 7th, 2008
- From Feb
23rd, 2008 to Mar 10th, 2008
- From Apr
19th, 2008 to May 5th, 2008
If you can,
get there at the opening at 10A.M. You can get “fastpass” tickets for some
attractions. Fastpass tickets fix range hours to do attractions but enable you
to cut the line.
How much does it cost?
There are a
lot of offers or special deals.
If you buy
a 1-Day ticket, it’s about €45 for adult, €29 for children. You can buy it online on the official website . You can also have a look to eBay France.
Do you need to spend a night there?
No! One
full day is enough to do almost all the attractions. Disneyland
Park closes at 6 or 7PM, then you have
plenty of time to get you train back to Paris.
If you
really want to escape from Paris, there are a
lot of Disneyland hotels, all range of prices,
from cheap to luxury hotels. Some package deals are interesting (see special offers on the official website).
