Here are some tips on when not to be alone in a restaurant, or find all the shops closed!
Lunch time: from 12:30am to 2pm
Dinner time: from 8pm to 11pm
Pub happy hours are mostly from 6pm to 8pm

Shop usually open from 9.30am to 7.30pm and except in some specific areas, they are closed on Sundays.

Banks and post offices are closed on Mondays, Saturday afternoons and Sundays. You’ll find automatic bank machines almost everywhere, but you can also pay by credit card in every kind of shop.

Meals costs:
In restaurants, service charge and taxes are included in meal prices. If the service was good, many Parisians leave a few coins on the table.

A pizza: €8 to €10
A full meal in a standard restaurant: €15 to  €25
