Store opening hours
Most shops are closed on Sundays with the exception of 3 places: Le Marais, Champs Elysées and Carrousel du Louvre.
Also most of the small shops are closed in August, but department
stores and clothing chains remain open. Usually opening hours are from
9:00 or 10:00am to 7:00 or 8:00pm.
Sales
There are two sales periods in France:
- Winter sales start the 2nd week of January, and last for one month
- Summer sales start the 2nd week of July, and last for one month
